XL Immunity Shot





Flu season is here!! So what does mean??

It's time to boost your immunity!


Here is a quick and easy recipe for an immunity shot you can keep on hand in the fridge and enjoy a shot every morning.


What you'll need:

  • 2 medium oranges peeled

  • Juice of 3 lemons

  • 1/2 cup of peeled fresh ginger

  • 1/3 cup of peeled fresh turmeric (Can substitute with 2 teaspoons ground tumeric)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of honey


Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

Strain and store.

Enjoy a shot every morning!

*Juicing is also an option


Jawaher's tip:

Fresh tumeric is EXTREMELY messy and stains literally everything so be careful when you're peeling them and handling them.
