Since the weather has gotten a little bit cooler, I've been craving warming drinks - spiced up drinks to be specific.
So I've decided to share a few recipes that help you warm up your body during winter or when you just need that hug from the inside and the benefits of the spices and why we tend to crave them.
Cinnamon:
- Benefits: Packed with antioxidants, cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties and may help regulate blood sugar levels. It adds a sweet and warming flavor to beverages, promoting a sense of comfort.
