Summer Tips and Tricks 1

Updated: Jul 7, 2023

Can't really say summer is approaching with this heat.. it's already summer and here's a tip to keep you hydrated.

Past few weeks I've been feeling "thirsty" even with the tons of water I've been drinking..

So I came accross this "trick" that instantly worked!

It worked on my 1 year old too; he was sick with a fever of 40 (poor thing) and would wake up in the middle of night asking for water and would keep asking for water literally every hour! So I remembered how this really helped me and decided to try it on him. And thank Goodness it worked!

Helped with his hydration instantly!

So here it is:

  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt in your water to help you "quench" your thirst.

What worked for me is taking that pinch of salt and basically eating it or letting it melt in your mouth before consuming water.

Benefits of pink salt:

  • Prevents dehydration

  • Packed with electrolytes

  • Mineral rich

Do this in moderation and don't have more than 1tsp of pink salt.

Let me know if you try it and works for you!

*Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, I have tried this and worked for ME. If you try it and causes you discomfort stop and seek medical opinion or help.

This is not medical advice, this is my experience and worked for ME. I'm sharing my tips.
