Snack ideas


Guacamole and crackers/chips/veggies:

  • You can never go wrong with a bowl of gauc and chips (just make sure you hunt for a brand that doesn't use inflammatory vegetable oils)

  • You can always swap out the chips/crackers for veggies; carrots, bell peppers or cucumbers sticks


Fruits and nuts:

  • apple slice with your favorite nut butter (mines almond butter, YUM!) - Make sure it's unsweetened and no added oils

  • Berries; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

  • Peaches

  • Nectarine

  • Nuts; walnuts, Brazilian nuts, almonds or whatever nuts you like (yet again make sure they're plain with no additives)


Yogurt with berries and nuts:

  • Coconut yogurt or plain Greek yogurt (no sugar added i.e unsweetened) topped with a handful of fresh or frozen berries, nuts, cinnamon, unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds and flaxseeds

  • You can also blend your fruits with your yogurt add nut milk and turn it into a smoothie as snack
