My Travel Supplements


What supplements I pack with me when I travel:


I posted about this on my instagram story a while ago, and got a lot of questions on why/benefits of taking these supplements*


Probiotics: To maintain gut health (because a healthy gut = a health you)


Oregano Oil: Helps to kill bacteria


Activated Charcoal: Incase you ever eat or drink something bad (it helps bind to whatever is bad in your system and helps get rid of it) Also helps with bloating and helps prevent food poisoning


Magnesium pills: For when I’m sore or feel muscle aches, and to help me get a restful sleep


Vitamin C: As an immunity booster (TIP: eat your vitamin C in a food form - its always better)



(I also pack antihistamine, pain killers and anti-inflammatory medications with me)
